Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

We deliver to Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach. Same day delivery available if the order is placed before 12:00 PM EST. COVID-AWARE CONTACT FREE DELIVERY on all orders. Our driver will notify the recipient when they are 5-10 minutes away and leave the blooms (and other products if applicable) at the front door.

In the event that a delivery cannot be completed for any reason (such as incorrect address, lack of recipient telephone information, recipient unavailable to receive delivery, etc.), a $10 re-delivery fee may apply for next business day re-delivery.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY.

There are no refunds or returns for the goods purchased on the Service. All sales are final. 

You may receive a replacement bouquet or arrangement  only if:

(1) the wrong item was delivered (2)the bouquet or arrangement arrives in substandard condition, (3) the bouquet or arrangement was never delivered.

Please e-mail the customer service request to sandra@thedailyflowerco.com  within three (3) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event the bouquet or arrangement  arrived in substandard condition, you must also attach a photograph of the bouquet to the e-mail. Credits issued for replacement bouquets cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
